Breaking the Silence: Teaching Children to Use Their Voice
One of the biggest cycles we can break is silence. Many children in dysfunctional homes grow up believing their voice doesn’t matter.

👉encourage our kids to share opinions at the dinner table.
👉let them respectfully disagree.
👉teach them how to express boundaries.
By doing so, we give them the gift of knowing their voice is valuable.
