Loving Yourself as Jesus Loves You

How God Sees You

Imagine viewing yourself through God’s eyes.

“I have loved you with an everlasting love…” Jeremiah 31:3

God’s love isn’t based on your parenting, your mistakes, your income, or your past. His love is constant.

You are chosen, forgiven, redeemed, loved, and valuable.

Every day, ask yourself if Jesus would speak to you the way you’re speaking to yourself. If not, change the conversation.

Replacing Negative Self-Talk with Biblical Truth

Negative self-talk often sounds like you’re failing, you’re not a good mom, you’ll never change, and nobody cares about you.

Replace each lie with truth.

Lie:

“I’m not enough.”

Truth:

“God’s grace is sufficient for me.”

Create a truth journal. Write the lie, the Scripture, and the truth. Over time, your thinking will transform.
